Hand Embroidery Online Workshop
Join textile artist Hayley Mills-Styles for a two-hour introduction to hand embroidery workshop. With no previous experience required, this class is perfect for beginners and people with some embroidery experience.
Hayley will guide you through the basics of hand embroidery, teaching a range of stitches including blanket stitch and chain stitch to create your own mini stitch library.
This is an online workshop.
How does it work?
Prior to the session you will receive all of the equipment and materials you will need through the post, along with a Meeting ID and Password for Zoom. Using these, you can log in to the class at the time of the workshop!

What's else will you need?
This workshop is taught by Hayley Mills-Styles. Hayley is an artist and tutor based in Scarborough with a passion for embroidery. She has been stitching since childhood and loves to pass on these traditional skills with a contemporary twist.
Hayley has a degree in Textile Crafts from the University of Huddersfield and a Masters in Textiles from Manchester School of Art. You can take a look at her website to find out more.
